Self-professed “psychic” Sylvia Browne will appear with television personality Montel Williams at the Kiva Auditorium (Albuquerque Convention Center) on December 7th, 2009, at 7:00 PM. Ticket prices range from $59 to $119.
As a public service to the community in these difficult economic times, NMSR is pleased to provide links to the following two YOUTUBE videos. The first shows Browne telling the parents of Shawn Hornbeck that their abducted son is dead.
(Of course, young Hornbeck was rescued years after his abduction, and is alive and well.)
The second video shows Browne telling a guest of Montel’s that her husband died a watery death, only to learn that the man was a firefighter who lost his life in the Twin Towers on Sept. 11th, 2001.
After seeing these videos, you will be cured of the impulse to shell out $119 to the likes of Browne.
You're welcome!

How sad that she and Montel profit from the deception of the gullible.

Indeed. I found this useful compendium of Browne commentary at ailing skeptic Robert Lancaster's site, StopSylvia.com.
